TICA Debuted at CIIE with Green Members
On November 5, the 3rd China International Import Expo (CIIE) had
a?grand opening at Shanghai. At the opening ceremony, President Xi
Jinping? pointed that,with challenges in the global economy, we must
show firm confidence and be courageous to help each other through the
hardship. China is willing to work together with other countries to
expand opportunities through further opening up and address difficult
issues based on cooperation, so as to create a more brilliant future for
all humanity.
Debuting at CIIE with green members —TICA, SMARDT, EXERGY andSEBIGAS, TICA is?showcasing?our global footprints?in a comprehensive manner. This is also the first time that TICA displayed TICA All Features Air Conditioning System.
The various applications of TICA products and solutions in different
household scenes attracted a great number of dealers and professional
audience from all over the world.
International Development
In recent years, TICA has successively acquired four companies from United States, Canada, and Italy, which are:
PureCycle, specializes in low temperature power generation system;
SMARDT, a Canadian OFC water chiller company with the most advanced technology and the largest scale in the world;
EXERGY, the world’s second largest geothermal power generation company;?
SEBIGAS, a biomass power generation company.
The three products exhibited at the CIIE show that TICA has always
adhered to globalized high-quality development, and also highlight the
achievements of TICA in international development.
Leader in the field of oil-free centrifugal chillers—SMARDT
In 2018, TICA acquires SMARDT, the world's biggest oil-free centrifugal chiller (OFC) manufacturer.?By
leveraging the advanced technologies in system integration and
intelligent control, TICA adopts SMARDT's OFC technology to provide
customers with integrated solutions to central air-conditioning system that feature "the lowest life cycle cost".
With these solutions, the COP of TICA's original "High-efficiency
Refrigeration System for Rail Transit and Underground Stations" is
increased from 6.0 (already approved by exports in the industry at
national level) to 6.7~7.0, unparalleled in the world.
SMARDT has installed almost 8000 OFCs around the world, taking up a
30% share of market. Specifically, the HK market share is 65%, Southeast
Asia 25%, Australia 70%, and North America 50%.
The world's second largest geothermal power equipment manufacturer—EXERGY
In 2019, TICA and Golden Eagle International Group jointly
acquired EXERGY — the world's second largest geothermal power equipment
manufacturer. Based on Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC), the highly
reliable and efficient EXERGY solution can convert heat into clean and
carbon-free electricity, thus being widely used in the geothermal
industry, industrial waste heat recovery, solar power, and many other
power generation sections, and also provide power for remote areas.
EXERGY is now a fastest growing enterprise in the global ORC
industry. Its products are sold to Turkey, Italy, France, Bulgaria,
Morocco, Portugal, Belarus, China, Thailand, the UK, and many other
countries.
Biomass power generation company—SEBIGAS
In 2020, TICA and Golden Eagle International Group jointly acquired the biomass power generation company SEBIGAS. Founded in 2007, SEBIGAS is specialized in biomass technology
solutions. This company can provide biotechnology and engineering
integration solutions, as well as EPC contracts for biomass application.
SEBIGAS boasts highly flexible technologies, which are capable of
using various types of biomass during anaerobic fermentation. The highly
efficient technologies can transfer raw materials into electricity,
heat, biomethane and products applicable to agriculture and industry.
Now, SEBIGAS can provide comprehensive solutions to meet wide range
of demands. Financial strength, technical expertise, excellent
